Service and Repair Pricing - ATV

Service Packages:
ATV Basic Service Package - $199 plus parts
This applies to most ATVs. It includes the following:
  • Check and Replace fluid levels
  • Lube and Adjust Cables
  • Clean, lube and adjust suspension
  • Clean and oil air filter
  • Set air pressure in tires
  • Complete multi-point inspect/lube/adjust 
 
ATV Standard Service Package - $299 plus parts
This applies to most ATVs. It includes the following:

  • Engine oil change
  • Compression test and inspect/change spark plug
  • Lube and adjust cables
  • Clean, lube and adjust suspension
  • Clean and oil air filter
  • Cooling system flush
  • Flush front and rear braking systems
  • Set air pressure in tires
  • Complete multi-point inspect/lube/adjust
 
ATV Premium Service Package - $399 plus parts
This applies to all four-stroke ATV. It includes the following:
  • Engine and transmission oil change
  • Compression test and inspect/change spark plug
  • Valve adjustment
  • Lube and adjust cables
  • Clean, lube and adjust suspension
  • Clean and oil air filter
  • Cooling system flush
  • Flush front and rear braking systems
  • Set air pressure in tires
  • Complete multi-point inspect/lube/adjust
 ATV Specific Pricing:
Below is a list of common ATV services and repairs, along with our pricing and a brief description. The pricing is based on the most common ATVs and may vary for your specific model, but we try our best to give you the most accurate pricing up front. ATV Oil Change - $69 plus parts
  • Engine/Transmission oil change and oil filter change. 
ATV Top-End Rebuild - $725 plus parts
ATV Bottom-End Rebuild - $1,250 plus parts
ATV Carb Overhaul - $225 plus parts
  • Complete disassembly to component level, cleaning all surfaces, clearing all passages, reaming jets, tuning accelerator pump timing, and replacement of any necessary parts.
ATV Valve Adjustment - $225 plus parts
  • Bucket-over-shim type valve adjustment, single or twin cam. 
4-Stroke Valve Job - $250 plus parts: Price does NOT include removal and installation of cylinder head.
Clutch Replacement - $150 plus parts
Water Pump Seal Replacement - $75 plus parts
  • Includes flushing of coolant system and replacement of water pump seal. Engine Ice upgrade available for $15 extra.
Shock Oil Change - $125 plus parts
  • Includes disassembly of shock, cleaning of components and filling with oil, bleeding and charging with nitrogen. Price is per shock and does not include removal or installation.
Shock Rebuild - $275 plus parts
  • Includes complete disassembly of shock, cleaning of components, replacing all wear items and filling with oil, bleeding and charging with nitrogen. Price is per shock and does not include removal or installation.
Replacement of Brake Pads - $80 plus parts
  • Includes replacing the brake pads in one caliper and bleeding system. When replacing pad on the front brake system of ATVs, BOTH sides must be done. We WILL NOT just replace one side due to safety concerns.
